As a collective of Fiercely OK humans, we choose to believe:

  1. We are Fiercely OK.

    Our minds are constantly telling us stories. We might as well write one that is helpful: We are Fiercely OK! By choosing to believe we are Fiercely OK, we disempower other unhelpful narratives like “I am not good enough.”

    Fierce OKness goes by many names: life force, wholeness, oneness, spirit, soul… It is our inner strength and guiding wisdom. In its essence, our Fierce OKness is constant. It exists beyond all mind, body and feeling states, and especially beyond all intellectual labels like “depressed” or “anxious.”

  2. There is Fierce OKness in all living beings. ALWAYS.

    Seeing Fierce OKness in ourselves empowers us to be our best selves. Seeing Fierce OKness in others empowers us to empower them to be their best selves. It’s that simple.

  3. There are infinite shades of Fiercely OK.

    Our mind, body, feeling and energetic states are changing all the time, so our Fierce OKness may look different from one moment to the next. Sometimes, it is hard to recognize that we are Fiercely OK. We continue to believe that we have everything we need inside of us at all times to satisfy our deepest needs and longings.

  4. Connection to Fierce OKness is a path to healing.

    There is a lot of hurt in the world. From our personal mental health to our collective care of the natural world, connecting to Fierce OKness is a helpful tool for creating the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
